Terms of service

KOHVRA is a private, invitation-only social travel service that helps approved members discover places and connect with other members in supported destinations. Government-ID and selfie verification are not currently available; approval uses profile, invitation provenance, contact and administrative review signals.

Membership begins with a personal invitation from an existing member. Invitation links are unique, limited in number and traceable to the inviter. Inviting someone means vouching for them; repeated invitations of members who break these terms can lead to loss of invitation privileges or membership.

• You may not sell, publish or otherwise distribute invitation links.
• We may decline any application at our discretion, before or after review.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.

The private beta is for adults aged 18 and over. Age is currently based on the birth date you provide and is not externally verified. Government-ID, selfie, email one-time-code and phone verification providers are not connected. Access requires a traceable invitation, a profile reviewed by a person, and explicit administrator approval.

• Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
• One account per person. Impersonation, in either direction, ends membership.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

KOHVRA exists so that meeting people abroad feels safe. These rules are conditions of membership, not suggestions:

• No harassment, hate, discrimination or intimidation of any kind.
• No unwanted contact after someone asked you to stop.
• No commercial solicitation, scraping or data collection of members.
• Plans, locations and profiles you can see are for members only. Do not share them outside KOHVRA.
• Report unsafe behavior. Honest reports are protected; malicious ones are not.

Location sharing is off by default, area-level in precision unless you choose otherwise, and always initiated by you. Every share can be revoked at any time, and revocation takes effect immediately. Using KOHVRA to track, follow or surveil another member is grounds for immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant KOHVRA a limited license to display your content to the members you have chosen to share it with, for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

We may suspend or end a membership for violations of these terms, risks to member safety, or legal requirements. Where possible we explain the reason and offer a path to respond. Every administrative action is recorded in an internal audit log. You can leave at any time by deleting your account.

KOHVRA connects people; it does not chaperone them. Use the same judgment offline that you would anywhere else, meet in public places, and trust your instincts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and KOHVRA is not liable for interactions between members or for decisions made based on information in the app.

These terms are published in English and Hebrew. Both versions are intended to say the same thing. If a difference in wording ever matters, the English version governs.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect and give you a chance to leave first. Continued use after notice means acceptance. Questions go to talm13124@gmail.com.
